All outputs are informational and advisory only.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Increased revenue
  • Higher rankings
  • Business conversions
  • Marketing success

All recommendations are based on automated analysis and heuristics. Business outcomes depend on execution and external factors.

4. Automated Data Processing

The system uses automated processes to:

No fully manual verification is applied before output generation unless explicitly configured.

5. Acceptable Use

Use of outputs is at your own risk.

10. Service Availability

The system is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted operation. Local or self-hosted deployments may vary in reliability.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict system access if:

  • System integrity is compromised

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable EU regulations.
